Choosing the best inspector can be a hard decision and choosing an Inspector soley by the price of the inspection could be costly in the long run. I always work with the clients best interest in mind. I do an independent 3rd party inspection only for the client. You have an advantage with many Phoenix area Home Inspectors to choose from. There are many types of inspections that are available through Inspection Services LLC. You can order buyers inspections, energy inspections (using Thermal Imaging I am a Certified Thermographer) pre-listing inspections, maintenance inspections, property inspections for insurance companies, Life Safety inspections Commercial Properties) and Fire Inspections. Prices for inspections are normally structured on a square foot basis with the exception of some OSHA style inspections that are charged at the $125.00 per hour rate.
The pre-listing inspection where the inspection report is posted on my web site and a sign is put in the front yard telling prospective buyers that the seller has paid for an inspection and the report can be viewed on my web site; has been helpful in selling several properties. Anyone that you want to have access to that report can view it with a password. It is easy to see how that might be an asset for someone in New York wanting to purchase a home or commercial property in Phoenix.
