Home Inspectors in the State of Arizona are licensed by the Board of Technical Registration. The Board requires that all inspections meet the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice. HVAC Cooling and heating systems and air handling equipment and controls, distribution system, presence of conditioned air to each living space.

Insulation and Ventilation Insulation and vapor retarders, attic and foundation ventilation, kitchen bathroom and laundry venting systems
